I believe that anyone and everyone can transform their life through exercise and healthy eating. I also believe that it's never too late to start. I was able to transform my own life in my mid twenties and change all of my destructive habits I spent my whole life creating. I want to share my experiences, knowledge and training so that you too, can change your life.

Refeeding Days
As of today I have 5 weeks before peak week and am seeing some great results. I'm experimenting with refeed days which are days you feed your body carbs to stimulate Leptin which helps fat loss continue. Yesterday was my second refeed day and I have to say I'm not sure if it doing more good than not. I feel lethargic, full, bloated and gassy. I'm not sure I like how I feel afterward. This is definately trial and error. I need to do a little more research and figure out what is going to work for me. Next weekend Andrea is up for her bikini division and I'm extremely excited for her. Before and after pics are going o be up soon.
