This week is the second week of my lean out phase. My diet is calorie restricted but leans heavier on proteins and fats than carbs. My energy levels are fine and can see more definition coming in. It is a slow process but it is well worth the wait. Yesterday was my refeed day and I ate more food than I have in a long time. (Not all Paleo either). 6 weeks until the show and afer watching the NPC Ironman this weekend, I am a little nervous, motivated, but nervous. This is an amazing journey that is full of challenges and obstacles that I'm ready to take head on.
